(Banana cake)...Banana cupcake with choc buttercream

Resepi jun ambik dr umah FA (melayuberangan.blogspot.com)...nama asal banana cupcake wif choc buttercream..jun bakar jd sebijik kek..so, jun letak resepi asal la yer...malas la nak translate..hehehe

125g (4oz) butter
175g (6oz) sugar
2 eggs
2 large mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp Baking soda
2 Tbsp boiling milk
1 tsp baking power
225g (8oz) flour

Method
Cream butter & sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in mashed bananas. Add baking soda that has been dissolved in hot milk. Lastly mix in sifted flour & baking powder.
This mixture will produce around 18 standard size cupcakes and they are baked at 170 C (325 F) for approx 18-25 mins. You want them to be light golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Chocolate frosting:
5 oz. (150 gram) unsalted soft butter
7 oz. (200 gram) confectioners sugar
1 oz. (30 gram) cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk lukewarm (start out with only 1 tbsp and see/taste if it need the last tbsp of milk)1 tsp vanilla

Method
Cream butter and sift in the confectioners sugar and cocoa powder. Add the milk and vanilla. Mix untill well incorporated.

kak jun,,,.nampak sedaplah...pisang apa yg paling sesuai sekali digunakan?..siti teringin nak buat, tapi tak tahu nama pisang...he he he

siti..akak selalu guna pisang emas j..pada akak pisang emas sesuai tuk makan n buat apa kue pon..hehe. cuma kna adjust sendiri la yer sbb ade resepi kek yg guna pisang size besar so pandai2la agak..
