Rasberry cream cheese brownies

Resepi ni x ingat ambik kat mana...dok salin2 cam bese smpai lupa letak source dia..hehhe. we all makan ngan es krem malam tadi...ari panas giler lately kan? nikmatnyerrrr...ekekeke....jgn mare, nak..g buat cepat!

filling:-
1/3 cawan gula
1/3 cawan cream cheese
2 sudu teh tepung
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
1 biji putih telur A

brownies:-
3/4 cawan tepung gandum
1/4 sudu teh baking powder
1/4 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1/8 sudu teh garam
1 cawan gula
2/3 cawan serbuk koko
1/4 cawan butter-cairkan
1 sudu besar air
1 sudu teh esen vanila
1 bij telur A
2 biji telur putih A
3 sudu besar jam rasberry (jun guna strawberry)

filling:-pukul semua hingga sebati, ketepikan.

brownies:-campurkan tepung, baking powder, soda bikarbonat n garam hingga rata.
campurkan bahan2 lain kedalam mangkuk lain kecuali jam n gaul rata. masukkan kedalam ca,puran tepung n kacau hingga rata n moist aje (jgn smpai overmix). masukkan 2/3 adunan kedalam loyang beralas, ratakan. masukkan filling n ratakan juga. 'drop' selebih adunan bersama jam keatas filling n guna lidi/chopstick, buat beberapa pusingan membentuk 'marble'. bakar pada 350'f selama 40min.

1/ Elvis Presley Cake
(As made by Mary Jenkins his personal cook)

1 white cake mix
1 medium can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
2 cups sugar
1 pkg. 8-oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup soft margarine
16 oz. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Bake cake as directed on pkg.
Combine pineapple (including juice) and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil. Set aside

In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, margarine, vanilla, powdered sugar and pecans. Cream well.
When cake is cool , spoon on pineapple and sugar mixture, then frost with cream mixture

2/ ELVIS PRESLEY'S POUND CAKE

3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 pound butter, softened
7 eggs, at room temperature
3 cups cake flour, sifted twice, divided
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Butter and flour a 10-inch tube pan.

Thoroughly cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in half the flour, then the whipping cream , then the other half of the flour.

Add vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared pan. Set in a COLD oven and turn heat to 350 degrees F. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, until a sharp knife inserted in cake comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool thoroughly.
