Kek keju surabaya

Ni plak resipi cilok dr umah Along....soft, moist cake...shud put some topping next time..choc ganache, buttercream...not dat sweet cake..ade lemak2 gitu.hehe.

250g Cream Cheese
250g Butter
250g Condensed Milk (I used sweetened creamer)
4 Eggs
225g Flour*
1 tsp Baking Powder* (* mixed)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

METHOD:
1. Beat cream cheese until creamy & smooth.
Add in butter & condensed milk & continue beating until white & fluffy.
Add in egg one by one until well mixed.
Add in VE.
Add in flour gradually until well mixed.

2. Bake at 170C for 45minutes.
Cool on wire rack before decorating.

mudah sungguh resepinya...bleh try laa...buttercream yg tak manis pun ade stok lagi tu... tq kak jun yg rajin masak dan berkongsi resepi..
