Udang wangi

Resipi ni jun import dr umah Ayu kat S'pore tu...

300gm medium sized prawns (jun guna udang beso..)
handful dried prawns-soaked n blend/pounded
3 tbsp chili paste
3 bird eyes chillies-sliced
3 stalks curry leaves
5 garlic-chopped thinly
1/4 c water
oil
a few drops sesame oil
salt n sugar to taste

heat oil...saute garlic n curry leaves. add in pounded dried prawns, chilli paste n bird eyes chillies. add in prawns n sesame oil. stir well. add in salt n sugar to taste.

*Mine...added 1 egg..tu sbb nampak different sket from ayu's.
