Resipi asal dr Mesra.net..jun cnp dr umah Ummi jek...hehe...mmg betul ckp ummi, even simple jek, sedap ni...

15 ekor udang sederhana
3 sudu besar marjerin/butter
2 tangkai daun kari (hiris)
3 biji cili padi (hiris bulat) - ummi letak 5 biji
5 - 7 sudu besar bijiran nestum
2 sudu besar gula
garam secukup rasa
2 cawan minyak untuk menggoreng udang

Cara Memasak:-

Lumur udang dengan sedikit garam dan serbuk kunyit. Goreng sebentar. Toskan. Kemudian cairkan marjerin di dalam kuali yang bersih. Tumis daun kari dan cili padi hingga wangi. Masukkan udang dan gaul sebati. Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa...gaul. Masukkan nestum dan gaul sebati. Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Ayam masak gulai kampung

Selalu gak masak ni dulu2 tp bahan agak simple..kali ni ambik resipi dr umah kzai ni plak...

1 ekor ayam
2 1/2 cawan santan
5 cm lengkuas (ketuk)
3 batang serai (ketuk)
3 cm kunyit hidup (kisar)
3 cm halia (kisar)
5 ulas bawang putih (kisar)
4 tangkai cili merah (kisar)
10 ulas bawang merah (kisar)
5 biji buah keras (kisar)
2 keping asam gelugur
4 biji kentang (belah dua)
10 tangkai cili kering (kisar)
1 helai daun kunyit

Cara menyediakan:
  1. panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hingga naik bau.
  2. Kemudian masukkan ayam,lengkuas,serai dan daun kunyit.
  3. Gaulkan rata sehingga ayam kecut.
  4. Tuangkan santan dan masukkan kentang.
  5. Setelah kentang empuk masukkan asam gelugur dan garam.

Bingka jagung

Resipi asal dr cikgu zana ni, ade kt MYR tp akak cnp dr umah Ina jek..hehe

  • 1 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 cawan santan
  • 1 cawan susu sejat
  • 3/4 cawan gula
  • 2 biji telur
  • 2 sudu butter - cairkan (yg nih hana tambah)
  • 1 tin jagung manis ala krim
  • sedikit pewarna kuning
  • sedikit bijan jika suka
Cara-cara
  1. Blend semua bahan hingga sebati kecuali jagung dan bijan
  2. Masukkan jagung dan "blender" sebentar.
  3. Tuangkan dalam loyang dan taburkan bijan jika suka.
  4. Bakar pada suhu 160 C selama 1 jam

Sausage cheese rolls with hand knead instruction

Panjang plak nama dia..kali ni try resipi dr sini plak..kalau nak complete with picture instruction, leh la pegi kat umah dia ye...

300 g

Bread Flour

5 g

Instant dried yeast

10 g

Sugar

6 g

Salt

30 g

Unsalted butter (soft)

220-230 g

One egg plus whole milk

12 pieces

Sausage

6 slices

Processed cheese slices individually wrapped in plastic (cut into half)



One egg plus 2 tsp of water for glazing


Put the flour, the sugar and yeast in a bowl, whisk to combine, add and salt whisk again. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl.

Use large spoon (or pastry scraper) to mix everything together, and knead briefly to bring all the ingredients together.

Take the dough out of the bowl and knead, you will see the dough will be elastic after about 2 minutes.

Add the butter and knead by using the heel of your hands to compress and push the dough away from you, then fold it back over itself. Give the dough a little turn and repeat. Put the weight of your body into the motion and get into a rhythm. Keep folding over and compressing the dough. Knead for 10-15 minutes or until the dough is soft, pliable, smooth and slightly shiny, almost satiny.

Or you can also try stretching part of the dough, if it can stretch into a thin sheet without breaking, you've kneaded enough.


Put the dough into a light buttered bowl. Let the dough rise in a warm place until double in size (can be 1 hour or 1 hour and a half check often depend on the temperature).

Take the dough out of the bowl, deflate by touch it lightly.

Cut the dough into 12 pieces, roll into a ball and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Using a rolling pin to roll the dough into an oval shape, place the sausage in the middle, cut both side of the dough into strips, and place half of the cheese slice over the sausage. Fold the strips alternating the left and right over the sausage.

Place the dough on the oven sheet, lined with non stick baking paper (the cheese will melt while baking and some will leak). Preheat the oven to 200°C. Let the dough rise until almost double in size, brush with egg wash. Bake for 8 minutes then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes more or until the rolls are golden brown.

Cara-cara
  • Gaul ayam dengan bahan bertanda *. Perap paling kurang sejam.
  • Panaskan minyak. Masukkan tepung gandum dan juga tepung jagung@beras ke dalam perapan ayam. Gaul.
  • Goreng hingga keemasan. Angkat dan toskan.
  • Utk membuat sos - Satukan semua bahan. Masak di atas kuali sehingga agak pekat.
  • Masukkan ayam dan gaul rata. Taburkan bijan dan sedia dihidang dengan nasik putih panas.
ps: sos tu jun tumis dulu bawang besar n tambah potongan daun bawang....

Jun suka kek or cupcake yg texture dia agak berat n moist...mcm yg ni..resipi dr tenet kot tp almaklumlah, dh salin atas kertas kecik pastu lupe ambik kt mana..rasanya resipi ni bukan asal dah kot sbb ada a few edited..dah kutukar sana-sini lah kot, heheh.

3/4 cawan serbuk koko
3/4 cawan air panas
3 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh (bumbung) baking powder
1 1/2 cawan butter
2 1/4 cawan gula
4 biji telur
1 sudu teh esen vanila
1/2 cawan cream)
1/2 cawan susu segar) campurkan

campur serbuk koko n air panas, larutkan. ketepikan.
dalam mangkuk, satukan tepung, soda n baking powder, ketepikan.
cairkan butter n gula menggunakan kaedah double boiler (akak masuk microwave jek, hehe). masukkan kedalam mangkuk mixer n pukul hingga rata (smooth?). masukkan telur satu persatu, pukul. masukkan bancuhan koko n esen, pukul. masukkan campuran tepung berselang seli ngan cream+susu segar tadi. bermula ngan tepung n akhirkan dgn tepung gak. pukul hingga rata aje (jgn terlebih pukul). n masukkan adunan kedalam mangkuk n bakar hingga masak. (180'c selama 20-25min?-bergantung pada oven masing2 ye)

Kek pelangi

Kek ni mmg dah ramai yg buat.byk rumah dah ade tp smpai seru kat umah jun bila tgk kat umah Ika ni..hehe. so, kita copy dr umah ika lah yek...kita tayang yg dh siap potong lah ye...dah siap2 masuk bekas tu nak bwk g umah adik wiken baru ni...simple, sedap n kalerful..sape2 lom wat, leh la try...

  • 250g mentega
  • 220g tpg kek *
  • 1 s/k serbuk penaik * (bahan * diayak bersama)
  • 200 gm gula kastor
  • 4 biji telur gred A
  • 5 s/b air susu
    1 s/k esen vanila
    sedikit pewarna merah, hijau dan kuning
Cara-Caranya :-
  1. Gris acuan bulat . panaskan ketuhar 180c.
  2. Pukul mentega + gula dgn kelajuan sederhana hingga kembang dan putih.
  3. Perlahankan kelajuan dan masukkan telur sebiji2 dan pukul sebati.
  4. Masukkan tepung yang diayak sedikit2 sambil dikacau dan masukkan susu + esen vanila. Gaul rata.
  5. Bahagikan adunan kpd 3 bahagian, Warnakan merah, hijau, kuning.
  6. Ambil 1 senduk adunan kuning dan tompokkan di bhg tengah acuan. Kemudian ambik satu senduk adunan merah dan tompokan di atasnya. Akhir sekali warna hijau ditompokkan di atas warna merah. Ulangi proses ini hingga habis.
  7. Goyangkan adunan supaya rata. Bakar 180c selama 1 jam.

Carrot fritters (cucur lobak merah?)

Pelik x? hee..jun mmg suka try mende2 yg baru..tgk, boleh adapt ngan tekak melayu k x? haha...jun ambik resipi ni dr sini..umah minah saleh ler... not bad for me tp sedap makan masa panas2 cicah ngan sos cili...kira dh jd ala melayu la gitu kan? ok, jun letak cara jun kt sini, ubah sket dr resipi asal..

1 cawan carrot parut
1/4 biji bawang bombay-parut
1 biji telur
1/2 cawan breadcrumbs
sedikit serbuk blackpepper
sedikit garam-secukup rasa
sedikit serbuk ketumbar
sedikit daun parsley atau thyme

campurkan semua n gaul sebati. bulat2 n leper sket mcm wat pergedil tu, kemudian goreng keemasan. angkat n hidang ngan sos kesukaan.

Talam labu

Resipi asal dr kak Hanieliza ni kita ambik kt umah Yatie ni. ni maybe n3 kita yg last for this week or maybe smpai awai minggu depan..kita bz sket lah..ade beberape hal nk settle. ok? next week kita letak n3 kek yek? hehhehehe....happy weekend sume..mwah3.

Lapisan bawah - [labu ]
1 cawan labu [di parut]
1 cawan tepung beras
2 s/b tepung kastad
1/2 cawan gula
3 cawan santan cair + sikit garam

Cara
1. Panaskan kukusan dan sapukan minyak pada loyang 8 inci bulat atau 4 segi..
2. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali labu dan kacau rata. Tapiskan
3. Masukkan labu yg diparut dan kacau rata.
4. Masakan adunan sebentar sehingga nampak naik wap.
5. Tuangkan kedalam loyang dan kukuskan sehingga masak anggaran selama 30 minit.

Lapisan Atas - [santan ]
1 cawan tepung beras
3 cawan santan pekat [1/2 biji kelapa]
1 s/k garam sikit
pewarna hijau

Cara.
1. Gaulkan semua bahan dan tapiskan.
2. Masakkan sekejap adunan ni diatas api yg perlahan. Sentiasa kacau supaya adunan ni tidak berketul2.
3. Bila adunan lapisan bawah telah masak, cakarkan sikit dgn garfu dan tuangkan adunan santan atas permukaan labu tadi.
4. Kukus lagi selama 25 minit.
5. Sejukkan betul2 sebelum potong dan hidangkan.

Resipi ambik kt umah cik Mat....cuti skolah ni, byk makanan tuk kids la..hehee

BAHAN ROTI :-)
400 g tepung roti
20 g gula halus
1/2 camca teh garam
1 camca besar susu tepung
2 camca teh instant yeast
250 ml air
30 g lemak sayur (shortening)

BAHAN LAIN :-)
Sosej ayam, dicelur dan biar sejuk
Mayonis
Daun salad
Kepingan tomato
Sos tomato
English mustard
Telur rebus, dipotong kepingan

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. UNTUK ROTI :- Satukan semua bahan untuk roti kecuali lemak sayur. Gaul rata hingga menjadi doh. Campur lemak sayur dan terus menguli hingga mendapat adunan yang kenyal dan lembut, perap 45 minit hingga naik sekali ganda. KAEDAH LAIN :- Masukkan semua bahan untuk roti dalam bread maker dan pilih setting untuk doh dan tekan "ON". Tunggu hingga siap. Keluarkan doh, bagi kepada 12 bahagian, bulat2kan dan rehat 10 minit. Bentukkan memanjang kurang lebih sama panjang dengan ukuran sosej. Letak atas dulang yang telah disapu sedikit mentega. Jarak2 kan dan biar 45 minit lagi. Spray permukaan doh dengan air dan bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 190C selama 20 minit atau hingga kuning keemasan. Sejukkan atas jaringan sepenuhnya.
  2. UNTUK "AMERICAN HOT DOGS" :- Ambil satu roti tadi, belah dua tapi jangan putus, susun daun salad, hirisan tomato, telur rebus dan sosej. Paip kan mayonis, mustard dan sos tomato sebelum dihidangkan.

Idea dr pizza swirls kat umah Maz ni tp inti kat dlm tu jun dah ringkaskan jd sosej, ready made pizza sauce n mozarella cheese....not bad eh? lenkali leh try wat ikut resipi asal...kalau nk tgk rupe yg betul, g umah maz lah..so, ni cnp dr umah maz resipi yg sebenar..

Doh

  • 2 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 cawan air suam
  • 1 1/2 sudu kecil dry yis
  • 2 sudu besar susu tepung (pilihan)
  • 3 sudu besar minyak zaitun (boleh ganti dgn minyak sayur)
  • 1 sudu besar gula
  • secubit garam
Inti
  • 1 tin kecil sardin ayam brand + 2 sudu besar sosnya - buang tulang dan hancurkan
  • 1 keping isi ayam dari bahagian dada - gaulkan dengan sedikit garam & gula
  • 1/2 labu bawang besar - potong kecik-kecik
  • 1 biji capsikum hijau (lada benggala) - potong dadu
  • sos cili/sos tomato secukupnya
  • mozarella cheese secukupnya
  • sedikit daun oregano
  • 1/2 biji telur (untuk sapu pada pizza)

Cara-cara

UNTUK DOH :

1.Masukkan air,gula dan yis dalam mangkuk/bowl, biarkan seketika agar yis dan gula larut (dlm 2-3 minit),kemudian masukkan minyak zaitun,kacau sebati.

2.Satukan tepung gandum,garam dan susu tepung,kemudian masukkan ke dalam no 1 secara sedikit-sedikit sambil kacau dengan garfu adunan ni sampai adunan jadi seketul (melekat pada garfu),lepas tu boleh lah diuli dengan tangan seperti buat doh roti yang biasa hingga permukaan doh jadi licin dan tak melekat pada tangan (kalau lembik skit boleh la tambah tepung ye..sbb ni rspi agak2 je..smlm masa buat tu kita xsukat2,main buh je). Tutup doh dengan plastik wrap/towel lembab dan biarkan naik 1x ganda (dalam 30 minit) atau pun boleh guna resipi roti dari mana-mana.

INTI :

1. Untuk inti sardin,dalam mangkuk satukan sardin yang telah dihancurkan tadi,bawang besar dan 2-3 sudu sos tomato (kalau nak pedas ganti dengan sos cili),kacau biar sebati.Ketepikan

2.Untuk inti ayam,masukkan isi ayam dalam microwave sekejap sehingga isi ayam masak atau boleh juga masak isi ayam ni guna non stick pan (letak isi ayam atas kuali non stik,bila 1 bahagian dah masak,balik sebelah 1 lagi plak),angkat dan potong memanjang nipis-nipis.Ketepikan

3.Ambil separuh dari doh yang telah naik tadi,canai nipis bentuk bujur yang agak besar,kemudian letakkan inti sardin,capsikum,daun oregano dan mozarella cheese ditengah2 doh secara memanjang (biarkan doh lebih pada bahagian hujung,kiri dan kanan).Bila dah siap letak intinya,amik lebihan doh kiri dan kanan letak atas inti agar menutupi inti,lipat ke atas lebih doh yang bahagian hjung plak biar jadi bentuk panjang mcm dalam gambar di atas (seal/lekat elok-elok agar intinya tak bocor) atau boleh refer resipi asal utk cara-cara bentukkan pza ni

4.Untuk inti ayam caranya sama macam inti sardin juga,cuma susun dulu isi ayam ditengah-tengah doh yang telah dicanai tadi,kemudian picitkan sos tomato dan sos cili,pastu tabur daun oregano dan mozarella cheese.

5.Bila dah siap jadi bentuk macam 1 bun saiz besar,letak pza ni dalam dulang pembakar dgn bahagian yang dilipat/seal tadi dibawah dan permukaan yg licin/rata diatas (kita guna try utk buat roti sandwish tu),biarkan naik 1x ganda lagi.Bila dah naik,toreh permukaan pza tadi (mcm dalam gambar),sapu telur dan tabur daun oregano (ready utk dibakar)

6.Panaskan oven (kita guna suhu 160 C) dah bakar selama 15-20 minit atau sehingga masak/permukaan pza bewarna kekuningan.

7.Bila dah masak,keluarkan dari oven dan boleh lah dipotong...

My dessert - Bubur pulut hitam

Saje nak tayang kat korang...hahhaha...dah lama teringin nk mkn ni tp susah nak jumpe yg berkenan di hati kalau beli even masak dia senang jek kan? sure ade yg terlebih manis, kurang manis, rasa masin lebih..iskkk2. last2 wat sendiri gak la...sedap weh, kita suka bila makan yg sejuk2..masuk dlm fridge dulu..hihihi

Daging masak kicap

Ni lauk dinner mlm tadik...lately suke tul masak ikut ati, hehe...kat bawah tu daging, ni pon daging..masak waktu berbeza ye..kat umah jun ni, lunch n dinner mmg x sama..bertuah sungguh anak2 ni, siang lain..malam plak nk yg lain, iskk3. sbb resipi ikut suka ati, pandai2lah ye...masak mcm masak kicap bese tu lah tp yg ni akak letak rempah kari n rempah sup sket...

Daging masak hitam manis

Resipi asal dr umah Maklang ni jun korek kat dapo Ummi. sedap..hehehe. cnp dr umah ummi jek la yek..

1/2 kati daging batang pinang - dipotong dan direbus bersama kicap (air rebusan disimpan)
1/2 cawan kicap manis (cap Kipas Udang)
3 sudu besar cili kering yang telah dikisar (Kalu nak pedas, tambah lagi)
Bahan A - (asingkan kepada 2 bahagian)
  • 3 sudu besar jintan manis ] disangai dan
  • 3 sudu besar jintan putih ] dikisar halus
  • 3 ulas bawang putih }
  • 4 ulas bawang merah } dikisar
  • sedikit halia }
  • Bunga lawang
  • kulit kayu manis
  • buah pelaga
  • asam keping
  • Minyak masak
Cara Memasak:-
  1. Daging yang dipotong/dihiris nipis direbus bersama kicap (simpan air rebusan)
  2. Bila daging telah empuk, gaul dengan sebahagian bahan-bahan A. Goreng sekejap sahaja.
  3. Asingkan daging ke dalam pinggan. Tumis pula lebihan bahan A tadi. Masukkan cili kering, kacau sebati.
  4. Masukkan daging dan air rebusan tadi. Gaul rata. Masukkan asam keping, bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis dan buah pelaga.
  5. Masukkan kicap pekat manis jika ingin nampak daging lebih hitam.
  6. Biarkan mendidih sekejap dan kuah agak pekat. Angkat.

Chicken curry

Jun mmg suka try resipi yg lain2 sket...kali ni ambik resipi kari dr sini. this is not dat hot type ya...a bit like how d western like...kalau nak rasa kelainan sket dlm masakan kari ni, leh la try...

½ onion, peeled, large chop
1 garlic clove
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and large chop
Handful of fresh cilantro
5-6 boneless chicken thighs
Peanut or canola for cooking
1 ½ Tablespoons curry powder
¼ tsp crushed red pepper
1 ½ tsps garam masala
½ cup prepared tomato sauce
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1/3 can coconut milk (or can substitute yogurt)

For serving: Mango Chutney, thick yogurt, roasted, unsalted peanuts and chopped cilantro
Jasmine or basmati rice

Place the onion, garlic, cilantro and ginger a food processor with the steel blade and pulse until minced.

Sautee the chicken thighs in about a tablespoon of oil over medium high heat until browned. Remove from pan.

Add the onion, garlic, cilantro and ginger to the pan. Cook in a little oil over medium heat. Stir the onion mixture around to deglaze the pan.

When the onion is soft and golden brown, add the curry powder, crushed red pepper and garam masala to the pan. Cook with the onion over low heat stirring until you smell the spices bloom.

Add tomato sauce and bring the sauce to a lively simmer and mix well.

Return chicken to the pan with the sauce, and add about 1 cup of chicken broth. Bring to a simmer. Add salt to taste. Partially cover pan and simmer for about 15 -20 minutes or until chicken is very tender.

Stir occasionally, adding additional liquid if the pan juices reduce too quickly. Once chicken is cooked, remove the lid. If the juices are very thin, raise heat to high and reduce the pan liquid until it has some body. Once juices are reduced, add in the coconut milk or yogurt. Be sure the heat is off or very low so the coconut milk doesn’t curdle the sauce. (Don't worry if it curdles. It won’t look pretty but will still taste good.)

Serve over rice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve with chutney, yogurt and and peanuts.

Real coffee cake

Buat kek ni pon masa wiken baru ni, meraikan kwn2..mmg confirm dh abis...sape2 yg suka coffee or nescafe, leh try kek ni...jun tukar coffee tu nescafe..ambik resipi dr sini. resipi ni, wat choc ganache as topping tp jun wat cream cheese topping..hehe

1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound (1 cup) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
Icing
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 egg yolk
1-1/2 to 2 tablespoons boiling water

Directions:
Cake
1) Adjust a rack to lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously coat a 14 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan with butter. Dust with flour. A nonstick baking spray may also be used.
2) Combine milk and coffee crystals in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring to dissolve crystals. Set aside to cool.
3) Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Set aside.
4) Cream butter in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add vanilla and sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes at high speed after adding last egg. Mixture will look curdled. It's not a problem.
5) With mixer on low speed, add flour in three additions and milk mixture in two. Beat only until smooth. Turn into pan. Spread until level, then use a spatula to move batter slightly up the sides of pan, leaving center slightly lower than sides.
6) Bake for 55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Invert on rack and remove pan. Ice cooled cake upside down.
Icing
1) Combine butter, sugar, coffee crystals, egg yolk an 1-1/2 tablespoons boiling water in a small bowl. Beat until smooth and spreadable.
2) Spread over top of cake. Some icing with run down the sides. Let it be. Yield: 8 to 10 large slices.

For those who would prefer chocolate with their "coffee" cake, here's a recipe for a chocolate glaze.

Chocolate Glaze


Ingredients:

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons milk

Directions:
1) Melt chocolate and butter in a small bowl set over simmering water. Add corn syrup and milk and beat until smooth.
2) Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Pour warm glaze over top of cake, smoothing top but allow drips to remain on side of cake. Let set for a few hours before serving.

Tuna, egg n mayo patties

Tengok kat umah Gert ade buat tuna patties...since ade belen tuna sket, jun buat lah tp dh byk adjust sana sini ikut bahan yg ade. jun masukkan dalam salad, sedap jugak eh..nway, jun letak resipi tuna patties yg Gert buat kat sini yek..mmg boleh adjust mcm2 kalau buat patties ni..

1 can of tuna (about 7 oz)
1 Idaho potato – boiled and mashed
A handful of cilantro – finely chopped (you can use spring onions)
1 small shallot – finely chopped
1 small egg
1 tsp of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Open the can tuna and drain all the water out. Put the tuna in a bowl and add in all the rest of the ingredients.
2. Mix everything together until well combined. Make into patties. The size depends on how big you want the patties to be.
3. Heat up a skillet with some olive oil. Pan fried the patties until golden brown on both side.
4. Serve warm or at room temperature with some tartar sauce or chili sauce.

Note: There are times I will replaced the mashed potato with ¾ cup of breadcrumbs and the patties tasted just as good.

Bahan utk lapisan bawah
* 200gm gula merah
* 2 sudu gula pasir
* 2 1/2 cwn air biasa
* 1 cwn tepung gandum
* 1 sudu besar tepung ubi
* 1 sudu besar air kapur

Cara-cara
1. Masak gula merah dan gula pasir bersama2 dngn air. Sejukkan.
2. Sementara itu panaskan pengukus dan balut dngn kain penutupnya.
3. Satukan semua bahan, kacau sehingga semuanya larut dan tapiskan. Masak sebentar di atas api sederhana dan sentiasa kacau.
4. Tuangkan dalam loyang yang telah disapu sedikit minyak.
5. Kukus selama 20 minit. Setelah masak,cakar2 sedikit di atas permukaannya dan tuang adunan lapisan atas.

Lapisan Atas
* 3 cwn santan pekat
* 1 cwn tepung beras
* Sedikt garam

Cara-cara
1. Satukan semua bahan, kacau sehingga sebati dan tapiskan.
2. Kacau atas api sederhana sehingga adunan hampir pekat.
3. Tuang atas adunan bawah dan kukus sehingga masak (selama 20 minit)
4. Sejukkan dahulu sebelum di potong.

Thin crust pizza dough

Hari ni makan pizza jek...puan rumah dh dapat virus M...hik3. resipi kita import dr sini.

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. yeast
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3-4 cups flour
  1. Stir together water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast over top. Let proof for 10 min.
  2. Stir in oil, salt, vinegar and 2 cups flour until well incorporated.
  3. Add additional flour and knead until pliable and barely sticky.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.
  5. Once doubled. Punch down and divide into two portions.
  6. Roll and stretch each piece of dough to cover a large un-greased baking sheet. Cover with pizza sauce and toppings of choice.
  7. Bake at 500ºF for 10-12 min. until browned and bubbly.

1 pizza serves: 4

* You can either bake this on a large cookie sheet or an 12×15 inch jelly roll pan.

* If you are only making one pizza now you can freeze the other dough for later use. Grease the inside of a ziploc bag with cooking spray, drop the dough ball in and seal. To use later: take the dough out in the morning or at lunch time and allow to thaw at room temperature (it needs approximately 5-6 hours). Remove from bag and proceed as usual.

Simple Pizza Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 can diced italian seasoned tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  1. Cook onions in oil until soft. Add garlic and allow to cook until softened. Do not brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 min.

Makes enough sauce for 2 pizza’s

Chocolate pudding

Dari umah Dayangjack...hehe, lama x wat puding muding...

  • 10 g serbuk agar-agar
  • 2 cawan air
  • 1 cawan susu segar
  • 3/4 cawan serbuk minuman coklat(less sugar) + sedikit air panas (dibancuh)
  • 3/4 cawan gula pasir (kalau serbuk coklat dah manis, kurangkan sukatan gula)
  • 1/4 sk serbuk kulit kayu manis/esen vanilla (optional)
untuk ganache : 40 gm coklat masakan + 1 sudu besar butter + 1/4 cawan susu segar/air

Cara-cara :
  1. Didihkan air bersama serbuk agar-agar dan gula.
  2. Masukkan susu segar dan bancuhan serbuk coklat. Didih dgn api kecil.
  3. Masukkan serbuk kulit kayu manis atau esen vanilla. Tutup api. Tapiskan dan tuangkan ke dalam bekas/loyang. Sejukkan seketika sebelum disimpan ke dlm peti sejuk.
  4. Untuk ganache, masukkan kesemua bahan ke dalam periuk dan panaskan sambil dikacau sehingga pekat.
  5. Keluarkan puding dari peti sejuk. Tuangkan ganache di atasnya.

Soft tender burger bun

memang soft giler...buat tuk wat burger kat bawah tu...akak came across this recipe masa tanyer en. google..heheh.. ambik dr sini...sorrylah, akak cnp aje..pastu dia tulis pon x sistematik sgt...hihihi. macam cakap senafas jek, wahahha..ok, akak edit sket bg clear..heeee

1 Cup warm water
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tbls. dry yeast
3/4 Cup warm milk
4 Tbls. sugar
1/4 Cup shortening - Melted
1 1/2 Tsp salt
4 Cups Bread Flour, Reserving ½ Cup
1 egg white
1 Tsp. water
1 Tbls. sesame seeds

Proof the yeast in 1 cup warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar; let sit for 10 minutes until foamy. Using a mixer, and a large bowl add in 3-1/2 cups flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, melted Crisco, warm milk and salt. Add in the proofed yeast; mix to create a soft semi-sticky dough, adding in reserved flour as needed (do not add in too much as it will create a heavy bun, dough should be semi-sticky. Knead dough for about 10 minutes. Remove dough, and let rest on the counter, cover with a clean dish towel for 10 minutes (this is an important step!). Knead the dough gently for 30 seconds with hands. Place dough in a large well-greased,oiled bowl. Cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 to 1½ hours, or until double in size. Punch down dough. Shape into large balls, and place on a large greased cookie sheet (you should get 12 balls on the sheet). Cover with a light clean towel, and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, or until almost doubled .
Preheat the oven at 375°F. In a small bowl, mix together 1 egg white with 1 tsp water; whisk, and mix well. Carefully brush the tops and sides of the buns with the egg mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

campur sume n masak atas api sederhana hingga pekat, cukup rasa, angkat.

Resipi dr MyR ni tp akak cilok dr umah hana@ina...sebenornye dlm claypot tp sbb maleh nak selongkar ambik claypot, akak bantai masak dlm rice cooker jek pastu isi dlm mangkuk..masak semalam ni masa x d mood sbb saket perut, wahahaha. nak senang keje, masak yg ade satu lauk jek pastu letak salad n tomato penuh dh macam nasi sayur jadinyer..hahhaa. nih respi n cara2 asal yek, kita copy dr umah hana..

  • 1 cawan beras
  • 1 1/2 air rebusan ayam
  • 500gm ayam (potong kecik jer)
  • 1 sudu besar lada hitam (tumbuk)
  • 1 sudu besar kicap pekat
  • 5 atau lebih kuntum cendawan hitam- (rendam hingga kembang dgn air panas) - hana gune cendawan shitake
  • 2 sudu besar sos tiram
  • 1 sudu besar kicap pekat manis
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung (bancuh dgn sedikit air )
  • 2cm halia - parut
  • 2 ulas garlic- parut
  • minyak utk menumis
  • Sedikit hirisan daun sup & daun bawang, bawang goreng dan sedikit minyak bijan
Cara-cara
  1. Perap ayam dengan bawang putih, halia, kicap pekat & manis, sos tiram, lada hitam dan cendawan.
  2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis ayam yg diperap hingga masak dan masukkan sedikit air rebusan ayam. kemudian masukkan air bancuhan tepung jagung.
  3. Setelah pekat, perisakan dengan garam, ketepikan.
  4. Panaskan claypot (refer glossary), masukkan beras dan air rebusan ayam, biarkan nasi masak. Pastu perlahan kan api dan tuangkan ayam tadi kat atas nasi dan taburkan smua daun, bawang goreng dan percikkan minyak bijan..

Kuih bakar

Kuih bakar ni mmg byk versi..kali ni wat lagik versi dr Jo kt MYR tu tp akak wat 1/3 adunan jek...oklah, dh ramai wat versi ni kan..akak letak ajelah skali lagik..

6 biji telur
2 cawan air daun pandan or 2 cawan air + yellow/green coloring
800ml santan pekat
3 cawan tepung gandum
2 cawan gula
1 sudu teh garam
4 sudu besar butter
masukkan aje sume dalam blender-blend smpai sebati sume..
gris loyang ngan minyak n masukkan dalam oven. bila loyang dah panas, tuang adunan tadi lebih kurang 3" tinggi dia n masak hingga perang about 45min.

Wahhh...cheese sana sini..hihi. actually, roti ni dh lama habis, jun lupe nak post..sbb save gambo ni kt folder lain..belek2 jumpe plak..korang x yah mintak la ye..dh lama jd arwah roti ni, wahahha..ni kes nak perabih stok cream cheese yg ade belen lebih wat kek aritu tu sbb wat roti ade cheese, filling pon guna sosej yg bercheese jugak..skali skala x per...tp wa cakap lu, roti ni mmg soft giler...hehhe. resipi asal akak cilok dr sini ye..tp ade tambah sket2 bg lembut lagik roti ni...ni resipi asal. x letak ape2 filling pon...

Ingredient A:

  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Ingredient B:

  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese

Ingredient C:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
combine A in d bread machine n let sit for a few minutes until bubbly. add B n select dough n press start.
when d bread machine beeps, add C.
d dough is very soft when it comes out of d bread machine. place it on a flour surface.
divide d dough into 12 equal pieces.
roll d pieces into a ball n place in a greased muffin pan. let rise in a warm n draft free place for 30-40 min or until it double in size. brush d top wif milk or melted butter or egg wash. bake in preheated oven 325'F for 10

Banana bread

Import resipi ni dr sini plak... resipi ni senang giler n result dia...sedap, sesuai nak wat bekpes ni...cnp lagik la ye..masih roti yg mcm kek tu la...hihi

1/2 cup canola oil or melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 ripe bananas
cinnamon to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, combine sugar and butter (or oil), and stir. Add in the flour and baking soda, and sift the baking soda into the flour first before stirring it all together. Add several shakes of cinnamon.

In a smaller bowl, peel and mash the bananas finely with a fork. Add the bananas to the other mixture, and stir.

Pour batter into a greased and lightly floured bread pan. Bake for about 50 minutes, til deep golden brown.

  • *3 ulas bawang putih
  • *2 inci halia (Love letak lebih halia)
  • 1 bawang besar - potong bulat
  • 2 tangkai cili hijau - dihiris
  • 2 tangkai cili merah - dihiris
  • 5 tangkai cili padi - diketuk
  • 2 sb sos tiram
  • 2 sb sos cili
  • 4 sb kicap manis
  • 1 sb minyak bijan
  • 1 sk kicap pekat
  • sedikit rempah 5spice
  • 1 batang kayu manis
  • 1 bunga lawang
  • sedikit air
  • garam secukupnya
Cara-cara memasaknya :-
  1. Tumbuk bahan2 bertanda *.
  2. Dlm sebuah mangkuk, gaulkan bersama sos tiram, sos cili, kicap manis, minyak bijan dan kicap pekat, ketepikan.
  3. Gorengkan ayam yang telah diperap bersama s.kunyit dan garam. Angkat dan ketepikan.
  4. Panaskan sedikit minyak dlm kuali, tumis kayu manis, bunga lawang, bahan2 yang ditumbuk dan cili padi.
  5. Masukkan mixture sos&kicap, sedikit air dan sedikit je garam. Kacau hingga mendidih.
  6. Masukkan bawang besar, cili hijau dan cili merah. Kacau sebentar dan campurkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi. Gaul sebati dan taburkan sedikit rempah 5spice.
  7. Dah cukup perasa, padamkan api. Sedia dihidang!

  • 800g - 1kg daging lembu(akak tukar ayam)
  • 200g kerisik
  • 1 liter santan pekat
  • daun kunyit di rincik halus
  • garam secukup rasa
  • * Bahan-bahan kisar *
  • 2 labu bawang besar
  • 8 ulas bawang kecik
  • 5 ulas bawang putih
  • 50g halia
  • 30g kunyit hidup
  • 30g lengkuas
  • 6 btg serai
  • 30g cili kering
  • 1 st rempah kari
  • 1st jintan putih
  • 1st jintan manis
  • 30g gula merah ( boleh lebihkan jika nak manis)

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bahan2 kisar hingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan daging dan gaul rata. Kemudian masukkan santan. Masak dengan api sederhana hingga santan hampir kering.
  3. Masukkan sekeping asam keping dan garam. Bila dan hampir masak masukkan kerisik dan daun kunyit. Kacau rata dan masak hingga kuahnya betul2 kering.

500 g sotong, potong bulat, cuci dan toskan
1 biji cili merah, hiris serong
1 biji bawang besar, hiris
1 ulas bawang putih hiris
2 batang leek, dibersihkan, kerat2 dan rendam
1 camca besar jus asam jawa
Garam dan sedikit gula
1 inci kunyit hidup*
2 biji cili hijau*
1 camca besar bawang goreng*
3 ulas bawang putih*
1 kiub ikan bilis maggi*(*ditumbuk halus)

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Sotong ditoskan kering, kemudian gaul dengan bahan tumbuk halus hingga rata, perap 30 minit dalam peti sejuk. Toskan leek dan ketepikan.
  2. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih hingga perang dan wangi, masukkan sotong, kacau rata dan masukkan leek. Tambah jus asam jawa dan biar mendidih.
  3. Masukkan bawang besar dan cili merah, kacau rata dan tambah garam (jika perlu) dan sedikit gula. Masak hingga pekat, angkat dan tabur dengan bawang goreng (jika suka). Hidangkan panas....

Since ade yg request jun letak balik resipi dia, ni jun letak ye....resipi kapkek dr rinnchan n buttercream dr chef Norzailina..both wif a lil additional ye..

250gm mentega
180gm gula caster
4 biji telur
185gm tepung naik sendiri
60gm tepung gandum
185gm susu segar
1-2 sudu makan lemon zest (additional)

Cara-cara:
1. Ayak kedua-dua tepung. Ketepikan.
2. Pukul butter dan gula sampai gebu.
3. Masukkan telur satu persatu.
4. Campurkan tepung dan susu secara berselang-seli.
5. Tuang adunan ke dalam acuan cupcakes dan bakar pada suhu 180 darj celsius.

125 gm mentega (bukan mentega tulen/pure)
65gm gm krimwell
60gm cream cheese (additional)
100 gm susu pekat
20 gm gula aising, diayak
1/2 camca teh vanila
2-3 sudu besar creamy peanut butter (additional)

Cara membuatnya1. Pukul semua bahan dengan pemutar elektrik.2. Pastikan berhenti sekali-sekali dan kacau dengan spatula supaya semuanya sebati.

Kuih tepung talam

Percubaan kuih2 traditional lagik...kali ni rembat dr umah Maisya nih...akak copy yek maisya, ngeh3..tq so much!

Lapisan Bawah:
2 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 1/2 cawan gula pasir
3 cawan santan cair( dari 1/2 biji kelapa )
1 cawan air daun pandan
1 sudu kecil pewarna hijau

1. Masukkan tepung gandum dan gula ke dalam bekas.
2. Tuangkan air daun pandan. Kacau rata.
3. Tuangkan santan cair. Kacau hingga sebati.
4. Tambahkan pewarna.
5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan kukus dengan api sederhana selama 45 minit.

* Jika selepas masak, ada air bertakung atas kuih ni, buangkan air tu dulu sebelum dituang lapisan bahagian atas pula.


Lapisan atas:
2 1/2 cawan santan pekat ( dari 1 biji kelapa )
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil garam

1. Masukkan tepung gandum dan garam ke dalam bekas.
2 Tuangkan santan pekat sedikit demi sedikit sehingga sebati.
3. Tuangkan atas lapisan bawah yang telah masak dan kukus lagi selama 15 minit.
4. Sejukkan sebelum dipotong.

Kung pao chicken

Masih dr sini...berbeza sket dr resipi kung pao chicken yg pernah jun cuba dolu2...

1lb boneless-skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1” pieces)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon powdered ginger
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts (jun x letak pon)

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1:
combine the chicken and cornstarch in a small bowl and toss to coat. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat, add chicken and stir fry 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Remove chicken from wok.
Step 2: Add green onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and powdered ginger to the wok and stir fry for 15 seconds.
Step 3: Combine vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Mix well and add the sauce to the wok.
Step 4: Return chicken to the wok and coat with sauce. Stir in roasted peanuts. Heat thoroughly. Top with additional green onions if desired and serve over white rice.

Chinese pepper steak recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound flank steak (sliced)
Marinade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon apple juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoon corn starch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Vegetables:
2 teaspoons ginger root (chopped or grated)
2 scallions (chopped)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking)
1 large Onion (sliced)
2 green bell peppers (sliced)
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 8oz can of sliced mushrooms (drained) or fresh sliced mushrooms

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate your sliced steak for about 20 minutes to a half hour.
Step 2: Add oil to your pan (I use a wok). Add garlic, ginger, and scallions. Stir fry for about 30 seconds.
Step 3: Now take a slotted spoon, add half of the steak, and stir fry for 3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Repeat with the remaining half. (note- you need to reserve the marinade, as it is used to make the delicious sauce at the end.)
Step 4:
Add oil and stir fry mushrooms, onion, and pepper for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Push vegetables to the sides of your pan. Pour marinade into the center and stir fry until thickened and bubbly.
Step 6: Blend in vegetables, add steak and heat thoroughly. Serve on top of white rice.

Pla neung manao (Thai fish steamed wif chili n lime)


Yang ni plak akak cilok dr sini ...dia guna sekor ikan beso, akak guna filet jek..senang nak mkn, hahhaa...copy aje lah ye...

1 Sea Perch (about 600g) scaled, cleaned and washed.
5 Garlic cloves, skinned and roughly chopped.
5 Small hot chillies, finely chopped, red or green or both. ( We used a Thai Chili called Prik Kee Noo which literally means ‘mouse dropping chili’.
2-3 Tbsp Lime juice
2 Tbsp light soya sauce
1 Cup Chicken stock
1 Lime, sliced thinly
A few leaves of Chinese celery (Optional)
A few leaves of Chinese Cabbage (Optional

1. Put water into a steamer and wait for it to boil.

2. Put the Garlic, Chillies, Lime juice, Soy sauce and Chicken stock into a small bowl and set aside.

3. Make 3 diagonal slits on 1 side of the fish and put in into the steamer. Put the Chinese Celery and Chinese Cabbage (if using) into the steamer beside the fish together with a few slices of Lime.

4. Steam for about 10 minutes. Spoon the contents of the small bowl over the fish and continue to steam for a further 5 minutes approximately or until the fish is completely cooked.

5. Remove the fish and vegetables (if using) from the steamer. Spoon a little of the water from the steamer over the fish and serve with slices of Lime.

Ikan masak lada nyonya

Wahhhh...macam lama jek cuti..hihi. ye lah, ari jumaat dh stat cuti kan..arini mcm malas tul nk update blog ni...masak pon mcm malas jek tp tetap kna buat..sbb ade yg dh tanyer tu, akak hapdet la sket ye...respi dr umah Noreen ni tp apsal dia punye nampak lg sedap ye? ooo..akak wat lebih kuah, ekekkekee.....ni respi asal yg akak copy bulat2..hehe.

500gm (1 ekor sederhana) ikan tenggiri - dipotong 5 keping
30gm (3 sudu makan) minyak sayuran - untuk menumis
2gm lada hitam - ditumbuk
20gm asam jawa diramas dengan air dan tapiskan
375ml (1 3/4 cawan) air
bendi atau tomato
garam secukup rasa

Bahan2 kisar:
10 biji bawang merah

1 ulas bawang putih
2cm kunyit hidup
1cm lengkuas
2 helai cili kering - nak pedas boleh lebihkan
2 batang serai
5 biji buah keras
5gm belacan - jika suka

cara:

1. panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumiskan bahan2 kisar sehingga garing
2. masukkan lada hitam yang telah ditumbuk dan teruskan menggoreng sehingga wangi
3. kemudian masukkan pula air asam jawa dan biarkan menididih perlahan2
4. masukkan pula ikan, air (nie agak2lah kalau nak pekat atau cair) dan garam secukup rasa
5. akhir sekali masukkan bendi atau tomato yang telah di belah 4
6. biarkan sehingga ikan masak. padamkan api dan hidangkan bersama2 dengan nasi putih dan ulaman
