Burger buns


I really love this recipe..dapat resipi ni dari sini....ikut resipi ni boleh dapat dalam 8 bijik bun burger tp beso betul wehhh...boleh dapat 10-12 ketul kot kalau wat next time...jun wat half dr resipi ni sbb nak 4 ketul jek tp burger bun tu boleh kata xl punyer size.wakakka...oklah, sesape nak buat..ni resipi yek..

3 tablespoons warm milk
1 cup warm water
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 large eggs
3 cups bread flour
1/2-1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 egg, beaten and mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Sesame seeds (optional)

Combine the warm milk, water, active dry yeast and
sugar in a small bowl and stir with a spoon to combine.
Let sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast and sugar
are dissolved.

In another small bowl, whisk together the eggs.

In a large bowl, sift together the bread flour, 1/2 cup
all-purpose flour, and salt. Add butter and use your fingers
to cut it into the dry ingredients until the bits are small and
the mixture is grainy. Add the eggs and yeast mixture and
mix with a dough hook (or a wooden spoon) on low until
combined. Continue kneading on medium speed until dough
is smooth and elastic,about 8 to 10 minutes (or you can
turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead by hand).

Add more all-purpose flour a tablespoon at a time if
necessary.The dough should be quite sticky, although
workable.Keep inmind that the more flour you add, the
tougher the buns will be.I added almost the full cup of
all-purpose flour.The doughwas still sticky, but I just
floured my fingersfrequently while workingwith it.

Gather dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl.
Coverwithplastic wrap and put in a warm place and
allow to riseuntil doubled,1 to 2 hours.

Punch down dough and let rest for a few minutes. Divide
dough into eight equal pieces and shape into balls. Place
on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Spray some
plastic wrap with non-stick cooking spray and place over
the shaped buns.
Return to a warm place and continue to rise for an additional
1 to 2 hours.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush
buns with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.

Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool completely
on a wire rack.

bahan2 lain selain ikan ditumbuk n gaul rata. gaul ikan dengan bahan2 tumbuk..balut dengan foil n bakar hingga masak.


Apam beras

Resipi ni mmg dah jd fav jun..x pernah fail punyalah so far...insyaAllah..hehe. definitely a keeper..sbb my kids mmg suka makan apam. dah pernah post seblom ni tp kita letak semula lah..copy dr umah Ina ni yek..

  • 2 cwn nasi
  • 2 cwn tepung gandum
  • 2 cwn tepung beras
  • 1 cwn brown sugar
  • 3/4 cwn gula pasir(dua2 gula pasir pun takpe)
  • 2 1/2 cwn air
  • 2 sudu kecil yis (mauripan)
  • kelapa parut dgn sedikit garam
Cara-cara
  1. Blend nasi dan air sehingga hancur(masukkan air sedikit-sedikit..blend sampai halus)
  2. Setelah hancur, campur brown sugar dan gula ke dalamnya dan blend sehingga sebati.
  3. Dlm bekas lain,satukan tepung gandum,tepung beras dan yis.
  4. Selepas itu,masukkan bahan cecair tadi ke dlm bekas tepung. Kacau sehingga sebati.
  5. Perap selama 3 jam.
  6. Panaskan pengukus dan balut penutupnya dengan kain.
  7. Sapukan sedikit minyak pada acuan kecil.
  8. Masukkan dlm acuan kecil dan kukus selama 15 minit..
  9. Hidang bersama kelapa yg telah di gaul dengan sedikit garam..atau enak dimakan begitu saja.

Ikan kukus....dah lama x masak ni, skali skala layan...sedap jugak, mkn panas2..hehe

Sayur kacang goreng dgn hati, pedal n mushroom....kita suka...

Selain masak asam pedas atau bakar...ikan pari ni...kita suka goreng berlada..mmg layan sungguh, hahaha...

Ikan masam manis

Minggu ni beli ikan siakap..dah nak abis minggu baru masak..tp x tau nak masak ape...malas tul nak cari2 resipi so jun masam simple2 aje lah..ikut ape ada kat umah...ni masak sweet n sour yg paling sempoi jun pernah masak....tp habis jugak, hehehe

Mamak chicken curry

Dah habis pon..makan ngan roti jala tu tp kita ntah bz ape..x sempat posting..hahha. beselah..nak smpai wiken ni, kita mmg selalu wat bz..hehehe. kali ni jun try resipi dr Sonia ni...

Mamak Chicken Curry

½ bird of chicken, cut into bite size
1 and ½ cup coconut milk
2 and ½ tbsp curry powder (meat type)
1tbsp coriander powder (serbuk ketumbar)
1tsp red chili powder
4pcs cloves
1/2pc cinnamon
1pc star anise
5pcs Cardamom (buah pelage)
2 large onions
2 lemongrass
3 cloves garlic
1/2'” ginger
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 potatoes, cut into bite size
1 and ½ tsp salt or to taste
1tsp sugar
3tbsp of cooking oil
1 cup water

1. Combine curry powder,chili powder and coriander powder with little water to form a paste, set aside.
2. Blend onion, lemongrass, garlic and ginger with little water to form a paste, set aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok, add blended onion paste, stir fry till nice aroma.
4. Add in star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and curry leaves, continue stir fry till fragrant.
5. Add in curry and coriander paste, pour in coconut water and water, bring to boil.
6. Put in chicken pieces and potato, stir to mix well, cook about 30mins or till chicken is cooked.
7. Seasoning with salt and sugar.
8. Dish out, serve with yellow glutinous rice, or steamed rice, or chapatti....i ate with 'roti jala'...

Roti jala pandan

Resipi dr umah kak Wan ni..

Bahan-bahan
250gm tepung gandum
1/2 sudu teh garam
1 biji telur
350ml susu cair / santan cair
1 sudu besar majerin cair
1 sudu teh pes pandan
1/4 teh pewarna hijau


Cara-cara
1. Satukan semua bahan, gaul atau kisar hingga sebati, Kemudian tapis.
2. Tuangkan sedikit adunan kedalam acuan roti jala dan kirai mendatar dan kemudian menegak (teknik jaluran) diatas kuali leper.
3. Biarkan sekejap, apabila adunan mengering. Angkat, lipat kiri dan kanan dan gulung.
4. Dihidangkan bersama kuah kari.

*** Jika adunan masih pekat tambahkan sedikit air. Pastikan aliran adunan lancar dan tidak tersekat apabila keluar dari acuan roti jala.

Playing with buttercream



Cake ni.chocolate cake...my doter make some cuppies..yeay, u heard it rite..my doter made some cuppies for her frenz..wif my supervision of course, ahakks! nak sket aje tp adunan byk plak...sebenarnye saje la sbb jun dh brape ari teringin nk deco2...lama tul x main buttercream...since ade sket shortening n krimwell yg nak expired ujung tahun ni...kna lah perabihkan....kannn? resipi kek ni yg dah pernah buat seblom ni...dah siap2 semua bancuh buttercream..tetiba tatau nak deco camne! hahaha..tu la..x pernah pegi course, gitu ar..otak jam..tp xkan dr pagi nak ngadap mende ni aje kan...so, kita bantai ajelah..puas atiku dapat wat...dh tghari siap jugak akhirnya...masuk dlm kotak siap2...letak dlm fridge dulu..skarang kita fikir nak bg sape? wahahahhaa...any idea? hik3.

Cornflakes mixed fruit cake

Resipi ni import dr umah Cheah. kita teruja ngan cara dia yg sgt senang , x payah guna mixer n ada guna cornflakes? hihi...bahan2 ade..so try lah...not bad eh! not dat sweet cake...boleh x jadi breakfast cake? hehehe...

  • 200 gm plain flour
  • 2.3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup/30 gm cornflakes, finely blended
  • 180 gm butter/margarine
  • 6 Tbsp ground almonds
  • 100 gm brown sugar
  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 150 ml milk/soymilk
  • 100 gm mixed fruits - 60 gm dried pineapple, 20 gm sultanas and 20 gm cranberries, chopped.
  • A pinch of salt
Method
  1. Cut up the dried fruits and coat with some flour from the above recipe, set aside.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Add in the blended cornflakes, mix well.
  3. Cut in the butter into the flour mixture till it resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Add in ground almonds and sugar, mix well.
  5. Stir in the lightly beaten eggs, soymilk, mix in slowly.
  6. Lastly, add in the mixed fruits.
  7. Pour batter into a lightly greased and floured 8 inch sq. tin.
  8. Bake in preheated oven @ 180 deg C for 45 - 50 mins. Test with a skewer till it comes out clean.
  9. Cool in tin for about 5 mins. before removing from tin and cool completely on a wire rack.

Kuih lapis

Ni plak..bekal hbby....x leh la bwk bekal mcm kat bawah tu ye..susah nak mkn sambil drive..hehehehe. resipi dr umah Yatie...

  • 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
  • 3 sudu besar tepung beras
  • 2 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1 cawan gula
  • 5 cawan santan
  • 1 sudu kecil garam
  • pewarna merah dan perisa rose
Cara Penyediaan
  1. Gaulkan semua bahan-bahan dan tapiskan.
  2. Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian.
  3. Masukkan perisa rose dan pewarna merah dalam 1 bahagian adunan dan biarkan warna putih dalam 1 bahagian lagi.
  4. Panaskan kukusan dan sapukan sedikit minyak pada loyang yang akan digunakan.
  5. Masukkan 1 senduk adunan merah dan kukus selama 5 minit.
  6. Lapiskan pula 1 senduk adunan putih dan kukus lagi selama 5 minit.
  7. Lapiskan lagi adunan merah dan putih berselang-seli hingga habis. (*bagi adunan terakhir, saya balut tudung periuk dengan kitchen towel agar air tidak menitis ke atas permukaan kuih dan dikukus dalam 20 minit ).
  8. Sejukkan dan bolehlah di potong dan di hidangkan.

Parsley and garlic buns


Our breakfast.....recipe taken from Gert's

150 gram bread flour
50 gram flour
15 gram sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp yeast
130 ml milk
15 gram unsalted butter

Topping

2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tbsp freshly chopped garlic
2 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp salt

1. Mix all the ingredients for dough except butter at low speed using dough hook mixer, then turn to medium speed until it become smooth dough.
2. Add in the unsalted butter and knead with low speed until the butter combine with the dough. Turn to medium speed for the kneading process until it becomes smooth and elastic dough.
3. Place the dough into a lightly grease bowl and cover with cling wrap to proof for an hour or until double in size.
4. While waiting for the dough, mix the ingredients for herbs topping until it become a smooth paste. Put the paste into a piping bag.
5. Divide the dough into 6 portions and round them into small balls. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
6. Roll each dough out into a sausage shape and proof for 30 minutes.
7. With a sharp knife cut a line on the middle of each bun and continue proofing for another 10 minutes.
8. Egg wash the bread and squeeze some of the topping to the center of the buns. Bake at 350 degree F pre-heated oven for 18 minutes until golden brown.

Ikan goreng butter kicap

Dish macam ni bese kwn2 kat seberang masak kalau x silap...diorang panggil goreng butter... pernah la masak dolu2...mcm masak kicap tu la tp lain sket rasa sbb ade butter n kicap omputeh tu, hehe....

1 keping isi ikan kurau (nk guna ikan lain2 pon boleh)-gaul garam n pepper, goreng. ketepikan.
2 sudu besar butter
1/2 biji bawang bombay-dadu
1 ulas bawang putih-cincang
1 biji cili merah/hijau-hiris
2 sudu besar kicap pekat manis
2 sudu besar sos worcestershire
1/2 kiub ayam
1/2 sudu teh pepper
daun bawang-potong2
1/2 biji limau nipis-ambik jus

panaskan butter, tumis bawang n bawang putih serta cili. masukkan kicap n sos worcestershire. masukkan kiub ayam n ikan serta pepper. masukkan daun bawang n perahan limau nipis. gaul rata, angkat.


Prawn fritter (cucur udang)

Our part of breakfast...n bekal hbby this morning, hehe. Purposedly beli tempura flour nk buat ni, ahakks! resipi nampak kt umah Ika tp resipi asal dr umah Gert...ok, sedap nih..crunchy kat luar n soft kat dlm...pssstttt! actually, kita dh buat 2 kali tp kali kedua br snap n update, hehehe...thanx to both..kita copy from Gert...

1 cup flour
1/2 cup tempura flour/mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4cups water (the amount of water depend on how thick you like the batter to be)
Small bunch Chinese chives – cut into 1” length
1 cup of bean sprouts
1 tsp chicken granules
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt and pepper to taste
20 medium size shrimps/prawns – clean and leave the head and tail intact
Oil for frying

1. Combine the flour, tempura flour, baking powder, turmeric, chicken granules and salt into a mixing bowl. Add water and mix it with a spoon to make a fairly thick batter. Leave the batter aside to rest for 15 minutes. Then stir in the chives and bean sprouts.
2. Heat the oil for deep frying over medium heat. Place a medium size ladle in the oil to and heat it for 2 minutes. Remove the ladle from the oil and allowing excess oil to drip off.
3. Spoon enough batter to fill the ladle almost to the top and press a prawn into the center of the batter and gently lower the ladle into the oil.
4. After 2 to 3 minutes, when the base of the fritter has formed a crust, gently loosen the out the fritter from ladle by using small knife and allow it to continue frying until golden brown.
5. Refill the ladle with more batter and continue until all the batter is used up.
6. Remove fritters and drain the oil on paper towel. Allow the fritters to cool down before cutting it into cubes and serve with some chili sauce.

Two-color cupcake


Ni sesaje nak try...guna resipi vanila kek aje..tp letak kaler sket tuk bahagian bawah (jun letak pandan paste) n paipkan sket nutella kat tengah....x buat topping pon......sok2 nak wat yg ada buttercream plak...dh lama x main ngan icing, heheh


KID'S MENU lagik.....

Cuti skolah ni mmg kna layan byk selera my kids...huhu....so, byk masa lah kna masak masakan ulangang yek....hehe

Pancakes....lama x buat ni..mkn gitu aje pon sedap, hehehe.....

Patin masak tempoyak....ni famous dish from Pahang...baru2 ni balik kg, tapau ikan patin fresh...balik sini masak ni..my kids mmg suka makan ni...tp kita plak yg dh x mkn, hehehhe.....

Roti manis ala pizza-kid's menu

Dah lama plak rasa x d acara menguli..muscle tangan pon mcm dah kurang, hehe...so kita meroti plak...just using any sweet bread recipe...letak topping mcm pizza gitu...wat hand size mcm ni..senang makan, ngeh3....cuti skolah kan dh start? so...kna byk la menu for kids pas ni....kita layan gambar yekkk....

Bingka roti berlauk

Ramai dah buat ni jugak kan? resipi asal dr chef hanieliza tp jun copy dr umah cik mat....resipi ni separuh dr resipi asal ye..ni n3 last la for today n maybe x d update for tomorrow or d day after tomorrow? hehe..kita nk raye..yea yea....so, Selamat hariraya aidiladha kepada semua..Maaf zahir batin...halalkan segala yg terkurang or terlebih...(especially dlm menulis resipi kat sini, ahakks!)...take care semua..mwah3

6 -7 keping roti putih, dipotong kecil
400 ml santan (mat guna 200 ml santan + 200 ml susu cair)
1 1/2 camca besar tepung gandum
1 1/2 camca besar mentega, cair dan sejukkan
2 biji telur
Garam secukup rasa
1/2 camca teh gula (yang ni mat tambah)

BAHAN LAUK :-)
200 g daging cincang
1 biji bawang besar, cincang
1 biji sederhana kentang, kupas dan dadu kecil, rendam
1/2 batang lobak merah, kupas kulit dan dadu kecil
2 ulas bawang putih*
1/2 inci halia*(*tumbuk halus)
1 1/2 camca besar rempah kari daging
1 1/2 camca besar sos tomato
1 1/2 camca besar sos cili
1 pokok daun ketumbar, hiris (yang ni mat gebu tambah)
500 ml air
Serbuk lada hitam secukupnya
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

BAHAN HIASAN :-)
Hirisan daun sup
Hirisan daun bawang
Hirisan cili merah
Bawang goreng

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. UNTUK LAUK :- Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang besar, bahan tumbuk hingga harum, masukkan rempah kari, sos tomato dan sos cili. Kacau rata dan masukkan daging, kentang dan lobak merah. Tuang air dan masak hingga kentang dan lobak lembut. Tambah garam dan gula secukup rasa dan masak hingga kering. Akhir sekali masukkan lada hitam dan daun ketumbar, kacau rata, matikan api, angkat dan sejukkan.
  2. UNTUK BINGKA ROTI:- Panaskan oven pada suhu 190C, lenser tin berukuran 8 inci x 8 inci, alas dasar tin dengan aluminiun, biar berlebih pada kiri dan kanan tin, lenser juga dengan mentega. Ketepikan. Roti yang dipotong kecil tadi direndam dengan santan + susu tadi hingga kembang kemudian masukkan semua bahan untuk bingka kecuali garam, dan kacau hingga sebati. Perasakan dengan sedikit garam dan gula. Tuang dalam tin dan bakar 30 minit.
  3. UNTUK BINGKA ROTI BERLAUK :- Keluarkan bingka dari oven tadi. Tekan sedikit dengan sudu. Tabur bahan lauk (n0.1) atas bingka dan ratakan, kalau dapat, baki minyak dari bahan lauk jangan dimasukkan sekali. Sambung membakar selama 30 - 35 minit lagi. Bila masak sejukkan sepenuhnya. Tabur dengan bahan hiasan dan boleh potong untuk disaji sebagai minum petang atau sarapan pagi.

Choco butter cake


Thanx cik mattttt...kita cilok resipi. wat kek ni saje2 sbb tetiba rasa tekak ni mcm dh lama x mkn kek ceklat..wahahahaha...kita deco lain sket dr cik Mat...tgh2 pon boh krim jugak supaya byk lemak dpt, keh3....jom layan kek ni..jap lg nk wat kek lain plak, muahahaha.....

250 g mentega
340 g gula halus
4 biji telur gred A
1 camca besar nescafe + 1 camca besar air panas
1 camca besar coklat paste
1 camca teh esen vanilla (resipi asal tak letak)
300 g tepung gandum@tepung halus*
100 g serbuk koko*
Secubit garam*
1 1/3 camca teh soda bicarbonate*
1 1/3 camca teh baking powder*(*digaul rata dan ayak)
325 ml susu segar

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Lenser tin bulat berukuran 10 inci dengan mentega, alas dasar tin dengan kertas minyak, lenser juga kertas tadi. Panaskan oven ada suhu 175C.
  2. Putar mentega dan gula halus hingga putih, masukkan telur satu persatu sambail terus memutar hingg kembang. Masukkan esen vanilla, coklat paste dan nescafe, putar rata.
  3. Perlahankan speed, masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan susu segar hingga habis, putar rata. Macam biasa lah yea, kalau masukkan tepung berelang seli dengan susu, bahan akhir sekali mestilah tepung.
  4. Tuang dalam tin tadi dan bakar selama 1 jam atau hingga masak. Gunakan kaedah mencucuk lidi sate di bahagian tengah kek dan jika keluarnya bersih, tandanya kek telah masak. Biarkan kek dalam tin selama 25 minit untuk mengekalkan kelembapannya (itu petua mama zieza)...
  5. Lepas tu ikut suka hati lah macam mana nak hias....Selamat mencuba untuk semuaa!!!!... (tima kasih mat..dh cuba n mmg akak ikut suka ati hias..ngeh3)


Pandan thumbprint cookies

Lagik cookies..jgn jeles..kita terrrajin plak..hehe. recipe, from here....

- 140g plain flour, sifted
- 30g icing sugar + 4 extra tbsp icing sugar
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp water (only if required)
- 85g butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp pandan extract
- Chocolate chips morsels, nuts, whatever toppings you like!


1. Combine the flour, 30g icing sugar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

2. Cream together the butter, egg yolk, 4 tbsps icing sugar and pandan extract. Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture and combine quickly with fingertips. If you need to add 1 tbsp water to bring the dough together then do so.

3. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Grease and line baking trays then roll your dough into 1 inch-sized balls and flatten them slightly.

5. Arrange the dough balls on your tray evenly spaced (they will spread as they cook).

6. Bake at 160 degrees C (gas mark 4) for 8-10 minutes then remove from the oven. Make "thumbrints" in the centre of the half-cooked biscuits with a small measuring spoon (not your actual thumb!). Return them to the oven and bake for a further 8 minutes.

7. Remove the biscuits from the oven and push in a little chocolate button or a couple of chocolate chips into the "thumbprint". Allow to cool thoroughly before taking them off the baking sheet.

~ After arranging the dough balls at Step 5, I simply pressed the desired toppings onto each cookie (dough) ball, and sent them straight to the oven for baking. It worked out fine, although you won't get those adorable, pretty cracks in the cookies.

Wat cookies lagik..Resipi dr umah Maklang...

A.
150g minyak sapi
100g butter
100g gula castor
1st esen vanila
1 biji kuning telur

B.
100g cornflakes - kisar halus
100g tepung jagung
50g tepung suji
280g tepung gandum - curah skit2 dulu sampai senang diterap

HIASAN: 150g tepung susu
50g gula icing

Cara
1. Sebatikan semua bahan A
2. Masukkan semua bahan B dan uli menjadi doh yg lembut.
3. Canai dan terap. Bakar pd suhu 150 selama 25' (ikut oven masing2 eh)
4. Dah masak, sewaktu masih panas gaulkan dengan campuran susu dan icing

cheesy tomato scramble eggs

2-3 biji telur
1/2 bawang bombay-cincang
1 tomato-cincang
garam n pepper
cheese-any kind u like..i used parmesan
sedikit parsley-optional
olive oil

pukul telur ngan garam n pepper.
panaskan minyak zaitun...tumis bawang hingga layu. masukkan tomato..kacau2 biar kering sket. masukkan telur..kacau2...tabur cheese, kacau2...tabur parsley jika suka..angkat.

Jeruk mangga

Taraaaaaaa.....kita buat jeruk mangga sendirik! kebetulan ade mangga beberape bijik, tergolek2..mula nak buat kerabu tp mcm x rajin plak...sbb baru mkn colek2 mangga..ngilu gigi lom ilang...hehe. sebelom dia masak, jun try wat jeruk. pestaim ni eh....resipi dr umah sofieyya ni...boleh digunakan tuk wat jeruk buah2 yg lain jugak kot...

- Buah mangga muda dibelah dua atau empat atau enam pun boleh gak...-jun buang kulit dia

- Rendam semalaman dalam air kapur (kapur sireh, jangan kapur kasut lak)

- Esoknya, basuh mangga bersih-bersih. Perapkan dengan air garam semalaman pulak. Garam biar banyak ye.

- Esosnya, tapiskan mangga, buang air garam tu. Jangan basuh dah.

- Masak air gula . Biarkan air gula sejuk. Masukkan mangga dalam bekas/balang/ botol, siramkan air gula. biar semalamam. (Air gula tu biar le pekat sikit..)

- Lepas tu rasa lah...sah sedapppp....

Kari ketam

Sedap x nampak..ni masakan kari yg paling sempoi..hahhaa. normally, kalau ketam kt umah jun ni haruslah dimasak lemak aje sbb anak2 suka masak tu..diorang mmg x layan kalau masak lain. tp tukang masak kdg2 boring kalu masak yg sama jek kan? jun try wat kari simple ni..x pedas sgt la..seb baek diorang mkn without complaining, ekekeke...

Salam pagi jumaat...2-3 arini jadual akak lari sana sini...update pon x menentu...komputer wat hal lagik.walaupun baru aje ok..repair 4 ari lepas..hehe. x sempat sgt nk jalan2...maaf ye. oklah...sape pernah mkn temosa? if not mistaken..kue ni femes kat pantai timur...jun bese jumpe sbb in laws dok kuantan...mmg byk kat sana nih...tp bukan fav kita..kita lebih suka karipap, hehehe. hbby dok mention ni a few days ago so try ler buat..dok google resipi sana sini...yg kelakonyer, hbby siap ckp...yg bese dia mkn tu kulit dia mesti menggerutu, kah3...adehh, selalu try nk bg kulit licin..ni saje2 nk bg menggerutu plak...boleh? x d la byk sgt jerawat dia walau telah kucoba, hehehe...tp, pass ni kat selera my hbby..yeayyy! Biskut samperit @ bunga cina

Pic sebelum masuk oven..lupa plak nk snap selepas bakar tu..Next week nak sambut raya haji...mmg selalunya raya haji x buat cookies tp kali ni jun plan nk buat a few sbb maybe nak balik kg even cuti 1 ari jek..so, this is my 1st raya haji cookies...resipi ni jun ambik kat sini

300g mentega
160g gula ising
100g tepung jagung
160g tepung kastard
240g tepung gandum
2biji kuning telur

Cara
  1. Pukul mentega dan gula ising sehingga kembang.
  2. Masukkan kuning telur dan kacau sehingga sebati.
  3. Masukkan semua tepung, gaul dan uli sebati.
  4. Terap adunan dan bakar pada suhu 150C untuk 20 min.

Nasi goreng sardin

First time makan nasi goreng letak sardin..kita mmg suka sardin so saje lah try2 buat ni..bolehlah...yg ni kita ikut selera sendiri aje masak..ikut ape stok yg ade, yg pasti bahan utama sardin tu kna adalah kan? hehe...nway, jun letak resipi dr mama-lya yg ade kat MYR sebagai panduan...

Bahan-bahan ( 1 orang )

  • 1 pinggan nasi
  • 1 ketul sardin tin
  • 5 biji cili api ( nak pedas + la )
  • 1/2 biji bawang besar
  • 1 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 sb sayur campur
  • segenggam ikan bilis
  • 1 sb bawang goreng
  • garam secukup rasa
  • 1 biji telur buat menghias
  • daun bawang

Cara-cara

  1. tumbuk bawang2 dan separuh ikan bilis bersama cili.
  2. panaskan minyak, goreng separuh lagi ikan bilis tadi.
  3. ikan bilis dah garing, masukkan bahan tumbuk. kacau hingga naik bau.
  4. masukkan sayur campur, kacau lagi sampai sayur agak2 layu.
  5. masukkan pula sardin yang dah dihancurkan. kacau lagi.
  6. masukkan garam n aji. kacau. masukkan pula nasi. kacau sekata.
  7. last sekali masukkan bawang goreng dan daun bawang. gaul lagi.
  8. siap. telur lak di goreng dadar kemudian potong sebagai hiasan.
