Singapore fried meehoon



Resipi asal dr Amy Beh kat Kuali.com...tp jun ade tambah2 n kurang2 sket ikut ape yg ade kat rumah okeh!

250gm meehoon-rendam n tapis
100gm isi ayam
100gm udang (x d stok, jun ganti fish ball)
2 cendawan hitam kering -rendam n hiris
100gm taugeh
100gm isi ikan masin -goreng n hiris (jun x letak)
75gm carrot -hiris
1 biji bawang besar -hiris
1 sdt bawang putih cincang
minyak

omelette:- 2 biji telur, secubit garam, sedikit pepper n 1 sdb minyak (un x buat)

bahan perasa:-
1 sdb sos tiram
1 sdb kicap cair
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt pati ayam
1 sdt gula atau secukup rasa
1/4 st pepper
1 sdt kicap pekat
1 sdb minyak bijan
3 sdb sos tomato (jun tambah)
1 sdb sos cili (jun tambah)
2 sdb sos worcestershire (pun jun tambah..hehe)

hiasan:- hirisan daun bawang, daun ketumbar n cili merah (jun x letak daun ketumbar..)

tumis bawang putih. masukkan ayam, udang n cendawan. masukkan meehoon, carrot, bawang n bahan perasa.masukkan taugeh n kacau. masukkan ikan masin n omelette, gaul rata. angkat n tabur bhn hiasan.
