Chicken Curry (from Singapore)....

I came across this blog one day...tengah cari2 nk masak simple2 gitu..i chose to try n cook this simple dish..sedikit berbeza dr segi bahan2..sbb x guna serbuk kari..n d verdict? not bad eh! hihi....
2 btg serai-ketuk2
1 biji bawang merah besar-hiris
2 in halia-parut (jun tumbuk)
6 ulas bawang putih-parut (jun tumbuk j)
2 sdb pes thai red curry or pes tom yum (jun guna pes tom yum)
1 sdt serbuk kunyit
1-2 sdt serbuk cili (opt)-jun letak
1 ekor ayam-potong2
1 cwn air
1/2 cwn santan pekat
2 biji tomato-potong 6
1 1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang n serai hingga wangi. masukkan halia n bawang putih, kacau. masukkan pes kari/tomyum, serbuk cili n serbuk kunyit, kacau hingga wangi. masukkan ayam n gaul rata. masukkan air n didihkan. masak hingga ayam masak. masukkan sayur jika ada (jun x letak) n santan pekat. didihkan lagi sambil kacau selalu. masukkan tomato n perasa. didihkan sebentar lagi, angkat n hidangkan.
