IKAN SIAKAP KUKUS ASAM BOI

Sebelum kejadian mengukus...

Sesudah kejadian....yg sesudah makan x d gambo lah ye...buruk benor..licin..hehe....

Resipi asal dr Puan Ina@Hana ni..

Ikan yang sesuai utk kukus (siakap, kerapu etc )-akak guna siakap
1/2 biji bawang besar - hiris
2 ulas bawang putih - ketuk
1-2 batang serai - hiris
1 inci halia - hiris memanjang halus
5 biji asam boi putih atau lebih
1/4 batang carrot - hiris memanjang halus (x d stok..dh abis wat jus aritu, hehe)
Tomato cherry atau biasa - belah 4 (akak guna tomato bese jek..potong dadu)
Daun ketumbar
1 sudu sos ikan
1 sudu kicap cair
1 sudu sos tiram - (optional)
Hirisan limau atau jusnya
Cili padi dan cili merah - ikut kepedasan masing2 - hiris atau ketuk
Garam - jika perlu - hana tak letak sbb sos ikan dah masin.(akak pon x letak)
Tepung jagung+air sedikit (jika ingin kuah pekat) - hana tak letak.(akak pon x letak)

Rendam asam boi dgn air panas (air paras asam boi,jgn byk sgt) sehingga kembang. Kemudian kikiskan sedikit.
(akak kukus skali dgn daun ketumbar sbb mmg suka rasa dia..hehe)

I love this recipe ! Reminds me of you making soap at home, Mom.
And it's fun to see photos of your house there and see
Dad in that comfy chair we sat in when we visited,
attempting to use the slow internet :)

I can't wait to hear how the soap turned out in terms
of using it. Does it smell different since it is made with
animal fat? Any other differences from vegetable-based soap?

Love you!
